This chef is one of the most fervent and knowledgeable chef in the Bayside region. He knows a wide variety of cuisines, well respected in the cheffing community and loves to train and develop a team.
He’s proud of his work, food presentation and loves to cook really good quality food no matter what type of cuisine. One of his many traits in being able to turn foods into second dishes, and work to percentages keeping in mind COGs and wastage.
He is looking for a head chef role where he can instill his creativeness, passion and love for food.
