This junior sous chef is dedicated to finding a venue that can provide him support and growth and teach him new skills beyond what he has learnt in from his previous kitchen. He had 4+ years working his way around the various sections, particularly hot and cold larder, pans and grill. He would enjoy working in a venue that offers a more gourmet offering, in line with his experience.
