She has had a few different roles within customer service that would make her a suitable candidate for client services positions. In her previous role was required to have a lot of product knowledge when giving recommendations to customers, in her other roles she was constantly on the phone which built her communication skills, and in her most current position she manages an overseas team of 12 who she delegates responsibilities to and reports to the operations manager
