From Head Chef to Executive Head Chef, looking after a variety of venues in his career from Wineries to Exclusive clubs to Island resorts, he has done it all. This candidate is now looking for his next challenge to work in a fast paced, busy establishment where he can be challenged, utilise his skills and look after a team of chefs, train and develop, and be creative with menus in line with current trends. He would be suited to a la carte style venues and capable of looking after a large kitchen team with covers up to 500 per day.
