Woods & Co is on the hunt for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join one of Australia's most exciting logistics players, a proudly Australian-owned company in the middle of a serious growth surge.

What you'll do:

  • Own new business development across transport, freight forwarding, and warehousing in Victoria,  and make your mark
  • Spot opportunity, build strategic relationships, and craft logistics solutions clients can't say no to
  • Lead high-stakes commercial conversations, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that stick
  • Keep your pipeline sharp and your reporting sharper
  • Partner with operations to deliver on every promise you make
  • Become the name in Melbourne's logistics market,  building brand presence and lasting trust

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in sales or business development within transport, freight forwarding, or logistics
  • Deep knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs, and trade
  • CargoWise experience? Even better
  • Confident with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • A communicator who can influence at every level and close complex deals
  • Someone who builds trust fast and never leaves value on the table
