Woods & Co are working with an established and highly regarded bespoke residential builder in seeking an experienced Foreman to deliver architecturally designed, high-end homes across Melbourne. This role suits a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in quality, craftsmanship, and leading sites to an exceptional standard.

About the Role

As the Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 2 premium residential construction sites, valued at $4m. You will be required to work closely with both the Construction Manager and Project Manager, as well as trades to ensure each home is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations on high-end custom projects

  • Coordinate and manage trades, suppliers, and subcontractors

  • Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation

  • Ensure programs and milestones are met without compromising quality

  • Conduct site inductions and uphold OH&S compliance

  • Act as a key point of contact on-site, resolving issues proactively

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman on high-end residential projects

  • A Carpentry trade qualification

  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and premium finishes

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • A hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain site momentum

  • Valid White Card (additional tickets highly regarded)
