Full Job Description Our client is a luxury custom home builder based in Melbourne, the client is looking for a Project Manager to join their young, energetic team. If you've had experience managing high-end custom home builds, this job is perfect for you!

What do you do?
Manage high-end projects valued between $5M-$10M
Negotiate with trades, assess variations (as required), progress reporting, and pre & post-construction contract negotiations.
Deliver developments on budget and within time frames.
Assist in budget and financial reporting, program updates and material planning.
Assist in estimating department (as required).
Manage and facilitate OH&S responsibilities for the project.
Lead and mentor the project teams.
What do you need?
2 plus years of Project Manager experience
Strong knowledge of construction methodology
Ability to manage and follow programs
Ran residential projects for a head contractor valued upwards of $5 million
Above average communications skills both verbal and written
Motivated and driven
