Our client is a luxury apartment builder based in Melbourne, the client is looking for a Project Manager to join their young, energetic team.

What do you do? - Manage high-end projects valued between $10M-$30M
- Negotiate with trades, assess variations (as required), progress reporting, and pre & post-construction contract negotiations.
- Deliver developments on budget and within time frames.
- Assist in budget and financial reporting, program updates and material planning.
- Assist in estimating department (as required).
- Manage and facilitate OH&S responsibilities for the project.
- Lead and mentor the project teams.
What do you need? - 3 plus years of Project Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology
- Ability to manage and follow programs
- Ran residential projects for a head contractor valued upwards of $10 million
- Above average communications skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and driven
- Jobpac experience
