Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with an iconic Australian lifestyle brand, loved for its bold personality, comfort-led designs, and cult-following basics, to find an experienced Assistant Store Manager for their flagship Chadstone location.

This is a full-time opportunity for a confident retail leader who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys leading large, energetic teams in one of Australia’s busiest shopping centres.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets and KPIs
  • Lead from the front with hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing feedback
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Manage stock, operational priorities, and daily floor execution
  • Confidently run the store in the Store Manager’s absence

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager of a smaller format store
  • Background in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Confident, autonomous leader who can hit the ground running
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing larger teams
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions when required
  • Training and induction provided, but prior experience running a store is essential
