With a strong pipeline of medium density developments across Melbourne’s western suburbs, our client is seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant to support two directors and ensure smooth office operations.

What do you do? - Provide high-level administrative and personal support to two directors
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and coordination
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the directors
- Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with property-related documentation and administration
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What do you need? - Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or Personal Assistant (experience in the property industry is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness
