Woods & Co have partnered with a leading boutique wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join their team. This role is central to delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the client services team to provide high-level support to the advisory function.

What do you do?
  • Lead and manage the client services team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee client onboarding, account administration, and ongoing service requests.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Support advisers in portfolio management and compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
What do you need?
  • 5 years’ experience in a client service role within private wealth, financial planning, or investment services, including team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investments, superannuation, and retirement planning.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing client services team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
