We are partnering with a well-established National house and land and townhouse builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of medium-density residential projects across metro Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable builder with a strong project pipeline and well-structured construction systems.
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of medium-density townhouse developments
Plan and manage construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors on site
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance with relevant building codes
Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality checks throughout the build
Work closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and head office teams
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within townhouse or medium-density residential construction
Strong knowledge of residential building practices, sequencing, and services coordination
Confident managing multiple dwellings and fast-paced build programmes
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Trade qualification or formal building qualification highly regarded
