Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on Production Assistant to join their team in Melbourne’s south-east. This role is ideal for someone practical and reliable who enjoys working in a busy production and warehouse environment with a great team culture.

What you’ll be doing
Assisting with the assembly of beverage and dispensing equipment
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
Operating hand tools and assisting with light manufacturing tasks
Receiving stock and assisting with inventory management
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or production is preferred
Practical mindset and confidence using hand tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
