Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading private wealth firm seeking a Client Service Manager to lead and elevate a client service team, providing unparalleled support to HNW and UHNW clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the client experience, ensuring service standards exceed expectations while mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team. Your influence will extend beyond day-to-day operations to shaping processes, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

What do you do?

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for HNW and UHNW client enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.

  • Collaborate with advisers, planners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate bespoke solutions for clients.

  • Drive operational improvements and implement service initiatives to enhance client experience.

  • Provide strategic input into client service policies and procedures, ensuring they align with business goals.

What do you need?

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in private wealth or financial services, preferably supporting HNW and UHNW clients.

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Strong operational and process management expertise, with a track record of improving service efficiency.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

  • Sound understanding of wealth management products, platforms, and compliance obligations.
