Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to join their team. This is a hands-on, highly skilled role, suited to someone who thrives in precision woodworking, custom fabrication, and enjoys seeing projects through from raw materials to finished product. You will work across custom builds, repairs, and modifications, ensuring each unit meets the high standards for quality and finish.

What you’ll be doing
- Fabricating and assembling custom cabinetry and photo booth units to high-quality standards
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, designs, and specifications
- Selecting and preparing timber, laminates, and other materials for precision assembly
- Installing hardware, fittings, and finishing components with a focus on accuracy and durability
- Performing repairs, modifications, and upgrades on existing units
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Mentoring junior workshop staff or apprentices (where applicable)
- Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
What we’re looking for
- Highly skilled carpenter or cabinet maker with a proven track record in custom fabrication
- Strong experience in precision joinery, cabinetry, and workshop fabrication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Eye for detail, quality finishes, and problem-solving skills
- Experience reading technical drawings and working with complex assemblies
- Confident using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Leadership or mentoring experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Current driver’s licence
