Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to team up with one of Melbourne’s most respected production kitchen teams, known for quality, consistency and a strong presence within the hospitality scene. If you’re wanting to be part of a hardworking, energetic BOH crew, this is your chance to get involved.

We are seeking reliable and motivated BOH staff to join the central kitchen team in Fitzroy and Richmond and support daily production operations.

What do you do?

• Basic food prep and ingredient handling.
• Mixing sauces and following kitchen instructions.
• Assembling sandwiches efficiently and consistently.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and food-safe workstations.
• Working in a fast-paced production kitchen environment.
• Shifts approx. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

What do you need?

• Previous BOH or kitchen-hand experience.
• Availability across the full work period.
• Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working at pace and standing for long periods.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
