With a strong reputation across Melbourne for delivering high-quality cleaning services to corporate, retail, and industrial clients, the business continues to expand and requires additional support within its finance function.

What you’ll do:
End-to-end accounts payable management
Reconciling supplier payments statements and resolving discrepancies
Managing payment runs and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with month end processes and reporting
Supporting the broader finance team
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in accounts receivable
Excellent communication skills
Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients
Experience working with accounting software MYOB
