Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in joinery or shop-fitting to oversee the delivery of retail fit-out projects from concept through to completion. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to manage high-profile projects.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and joinery projects
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Interpreting drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Overseeing production schedules in collaboration with the workshop
- Managing budgets, cost tracking, and procurement
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Conducting site visits and monitoring installation progress
- Managing project documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in shopfitting, joinery, or retail fit-outs (essential)
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen and cost control experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Trade background in cabinet making/joinery or relevant qualification (highly regarded)
