Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Field Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on, field-based role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology while delivering critical support to customers.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing onsite technical support, installation, and servicing of ATM, EFTPOS, and payment devices
- Diagnosing and repairing faults, including break/fix and preventative maintenance
- Responding to service calls within agreed service levels, including participation in an after-hours rotating roster
- Conducting testing and validation following installations and repairs
- Completing detailed service reports, including job notes, parts used, and fault diagnostics
- Escalating complex or recurring technical issues to senior technicians
- Assisting with device staging, configuration, and workshop repairs
- Supporting warehouse operations including stock handling and preparation of devices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Managing company vehicle, tools, and van stock to ensure readiness and compliance
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements at all times
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Field Technician (ATM, EFTPOS, or gaming industry highly regarded)
- Experience within IT field services environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid computer and technical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
- Current manual driver’s licence
