Woods & Co Recruitment are thrilled to partner with a growing allied health provider in search for an Occupational Therapist. Delivering full-scope services across the NDIS space, this organisation supports a diverse caseload care across Melbourne’s South East and Gippsland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive, flexible and purpose-driven team. With an established caseload ready for handover, you’ll be set up for success from day one while also having the opportunity to shape your role and grow with the business.

What do you do?

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing reviews for a community-based NDIS caseload.
  • Deliver tailored OT interventions and monitor client progress to support positive outcomes.
  • Develop and implement therapy programs, with support from Allied Health Assistants.
  • Prepare high-quality clinical reports, including functional assessments and progress documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs, resources and internal processes as the business continues to grow

What do you need?

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • 2+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist (NDIS experience highly regarded).
  • Willingness to travel for community visits.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
  • Passion for working with paediatric and/or psychosocial clients.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
