Step behind the bar at some of Melbourne’s most exciting events. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering premium beverage service across a diverse range of functions, from corporate events to private celebrations and large-scale live experiences. You will be hands-on, creative and confident crafting a wide range of cocktails from scratch in fast-paced environments.
The venue offers a dynamic and high-energy setting, where attention to detail and quality service are essential. You will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, maintaining bar standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a standout experience. Working closely with the Bar Supervisor and events team, you’ll help bring each event to life from start to finish.

What do you do?
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails from scratch.
Deliver fast, friendly and professional bar service.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the bar.
Manage bar setup, restocking and pack-down.
Ensure RSA compliance and responsible service at all times.
Work collaboratively with the bar and events team during service.
What do you need?
Proven experience as a cocktail bartender with strong mixology skills.
Ability to confidently make a broad range of classic and modern cocktails from scratch.
Solid knowledge of spirits, flavours and drink presentation.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and peak event periods.
