Contract Administrator (Sales)

Join a well-established, design-led property developer with a strong pipeline of residential communities and mixed-use projects across Victoria.
This is a key role sitting within the sales and settlements function, responsible for managing the end-to-end contract process from issue through to settlement. You’ll be working closely with sales, legal, development and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless purchaser experience.
The Role
- Prepare, issue and manage contracts of sale for off-the-plan projects
- Act as the key point of contact for purchasers, agents and solicitors
- Coordinate contract amendments, variations and documentation
- Support the settlements process, ensuring timelines and compliance are met
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting across the sales pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to settlement
About You
- Previous experience in contracts administration within property (developer, agency or conveyancing)
- Strong understanding of off-the-plan sales processes and settlements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Propertybase, etc.) advantageous
