Woods & Co has partnered with a highly regarded residential landscaping business operating across Melbourne's Inner East, South East, Bayside and Mornington Peninsula, delivering high-end landscape construction and maintenance projects with a strong pipeline of work.
This full-time role suits someone from a construction or trades background who understands the pace and documentation demands of a project-based business. You will keep projects, people and paperwork moving across contracts, compliance, front-of-house and client communications.

What you'll do?

Coordinate tender submissions, contracts, variations and warranty documentation

OHS documentation including SWMS, JSAs and incident reporting

Maintain client files, project documentation and handover packs

Provide high-level PA and administrative support to the business owner and team

Manage reception: calls, emails, diaries and front-of-house

Liaise with construction, maintenance and accounts stakeholders

Support recruitment, staff coordination and meeting management
What you need?

Proven experience as an Office Manager within construction, landscaping or a trades environment. *Corporate office experience without trades exposure is unlikely to be the right fit.

Solid understanding of construction documentation: contracts, variations, compliance, SWMS and JSAs

High attention to detail and accuracy, confident communicator able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Polished front-of-house skills, as you will represent the business owner day-to-day

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Buildxact or similar construction software is highly regarded.
