Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading property investment firm to bring on a commercially-minded Senior Mortgage Broker.

This opportunity is ideal for a broker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with a steady stream of engaged clients. With strong internal lead generation and an active sales team, you’ll step into a role focused on structuring deals, solving lending challenges and keeping momentum through to settlement.

What do you do?

  • Structure and present tailored finance strategies to convert warm leads into deals.
  • Manage loan applications end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to settlement.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to drive conversion across property opportunities.
  • Assess client scenarios, identify lending solutions and navigate complex deals.
  • Liaise with lenders, credit teams and internal stakeholders to keep deals moving.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify ongoing and referral opportunities.
  • Stay across lender policies, market changes and continuously improve processes.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years’ experience in Mortgage Broking or Loan Writing.
  • Proven ability to convert opportunities and manage deals end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of lending products and structuring solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Confident working with clients directly and building relationships.
  • Ability to navigate complex scenarios and find solutions quickly.
  • Highly organised and commercially-minded with strong attention to detail.
  • Driven, proactive and comfortable working in a performance-based role.
  • Flexibility to attend after-hours and in-person meetings.
