We are currently seeking a polished, professional and highly organised Receptionist to join their Melbourne CBD office. This is an entry-level corporate opportunity suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in a professional environment while being the face of a well-respected property business.
$60,000 – $70,000 + Super

Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, staff and directors
Deliver a warm, professional and seamless front-of-house experience
Answer and manage incoming calls and enquiries
Coordinate mail, couriers and deliveries
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception and meeting space
Assist with meeting room bookings, setup and catering coordination
Support general office administration and day-to-day operations
Provide support to the serviced office function when required
Manage visitor access and assist with key coordination
