Development Manager - Townhomes + Childcare

We’re partnering with a well-backed, privately owned developer to appoint a Development Manager across a growing pipeline of medium-density residential (townhouses) and childcare assets.

This is a hands-on role across the full lifecycle, working closely with an experienced leadership team in a vertically integrated business delivering at scale.

The Role

• Lead projects from acquisition through to delivery across townhomes + childcare
• Drive feasibility, design, planning approvals, and consultant management
• Work closely with internal construction teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Manage stakeholders including authorities, consultants, and project partners

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in development across residential (medium density ideal)
• Exposure to childcare or willingness to step into the asset class
• Strong front-end capability across feasibilities and planning
• Commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
