We’re partnering with a well-backed, privately owned developer to appoint a Development Manager across a growing pipeline of medium-density residential (townhomes) and childcare assets.
This is a hands-on role across the full lifecycle, working closely with an experienced leadership team in a vertically integrated business delivering at scale.
The Role
- Lead projects from acquisition through to delivery across townhomes + childcare
- Drive feasibility, design, planning approvals, and consultant management
- Work closely with internal construction teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage stakeholders including authorities, consultants, and project partners
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in development across residential (medium density ideal)
- Exposure to childcare or willingness to step into the asset class
- Strong front-end capability across feasibilities and planning
- Commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
