Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber with strong heating and cooling experience to join their Melbourne team. This is a full-time role offering stability, flexible conditions, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

What you’ll be doing
- Diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairing split systems, gas ducted heaters, evaporative coolers, and reverse cycle systems
- Installing new heating and cooling systems, including split systems, reverse cycle, gas ducted, and evaporative units
- Performing commissioning, testing, and component replacements
- Conducting preventative maintenance and performance checks across multiple system brands
- Completing accurate job documentation and providing clear updates to the office team
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all customer interactions
What we’re looking for
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- VBA registration as a Mechanical Plumber
- Minimum Cert II in Refrigeration (ARCtick Licence)
- Proven experience in heating and cooling systems (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and clear communication
- Own hand tools
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
