Store Manager.
We’re on the hunt for a confident and hands-on retail leader who thrives on the shop floor, leads with presence and understands the dynamics of working within a fast-paced store environment.

What do you do?
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store budgets and KPIs.
- Coach, develop and succession plan your team to set them up for long-term success.
- Execute and maintain high visual merchandising standards with strong commercial awareness.
- Manage stock flow, inventory and operational priorities efficiently.
- Provide consistent feedback and hands-on coaching to drive performance.
- Analyse business reports and make informed commercial decisions that drive results.
- Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture through strong leadership.
What do you need?
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail apparel environment.
- Strong understanding of store operations.
- Confident and articulate communicator, comfortable talking to key stakeholders.
- Confidence working autonomously and taking full ownership of store performance.
- Strong people leadership skills with a coaching-led approach.
- Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven.
