What do you do?

  • Lead from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic environment.
  • Drive sales performance, store budgets and KPI outcomes through strong daily leadership.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team while building succession pathways internally.
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising and presentation standards across the store.
  • Oversee stock flow, replenishment and operational priorities efficiently within a fast-paced setting.
  • Use reporting and commercial insights to make confident business decisions that drive results.
  • Foster a positive, energetic and accountable team culture focused on service and performance.
  • Create a seamless customer journey through strong floor presence and hands-on leadership.

What do you need?

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager within a fast-paced fashion or premium retail environment.
  • Strong leadership capability with a passion for people development and customer experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume trade and working within a busy retail setting.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high operational and presentation standards.
  • Energetic, resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
