Woods & Co Recruitment are proud to partner with a well-established and highly respected global e-commerce organisation to appoint a Project Manager to join their Melbourne team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced role where you’ll sit at the centre of client delivery, project coordination and stakeholder management, working closely with both customers and internal technical teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

The business is known for its collaborative culture, strong customer focus and commitment to delivering complex digital solutions that make a real impact. You’ll gain exposure across project planning, requirements gathering, forecasting, budget management and delivery oversight, with a high level of responsibility and visibility from day one. This role is ideally suited to someone who is commercially minded, technically savvy and looking to build a long term career in the e-commerce and digital project space.

What's in it for you?

  • Work on enterprise e-commerce projects with well-known clients and real commercial impact.
  • Get exposure to a mix of project management, client account ownership and technical delivery.
  • Join a flexible Melbourne-based team with the option to work remotely 3 days a week.
  • Build your expertise in a growing global business with opportunities to work across regions and time zones.
  • Play a key role in shaping project success, improving processes and driving customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main point of contact for project updates and delivery.
  • Run workshops to gather business, functional and non-functional requirements, then turn them into clear deliverables.
  • Create and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly.
  • Oversee testing, execution, forecasting and reporting to ensure work is delivered on time and to expectation.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in project management within a commercial, software or digital environment.
  • Strong e-commerce knowledge, with the ability to work confidently across business and technical needs.
  • Proven experience running workshops, gathering requirements and turning them into clear project deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling budgets, timelines, resources, and shifting priorities.
