What do you do?
Lead front-of-house operations and act as the senior decision-maker on shift
Drive exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, premium dining environment
Build, mentor and inspire Supervisors and FOH teams while creating a strong team culture from the ground up
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning across the venue
Manage labour costs, rostering, stock control and FOH financial performance
Analyse service trends, guest feedback and sales performance to continuously improve operations
Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to deliver seamless service every night
Help shape the energy, standards and identity of a brand-new venue opening
What do you need?
2–3+ years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior Supervisor within premium, high-volume restaurants
A strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach and hold teams accountable
Strong commercial understanding across labour, stock control and financial performance
Confidence using POS and reservations systems within premium hospitality environments
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills under pressure
Passion for food, wine, service and creating memorable guest experiences
Flexible availability across nights, weekends and busy service periods
