Woods & Co are partnering with a highly regarded residential builder to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of medium density townhouses and low rise residential developments across Victoria.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a motivated construction professional who enjoys running organised, high-performing sites and takes pride in delivering quality projects from commencement through to completion. The business has a strong pipeline of upcoming working and is seeking someone who can confidently manage multiple trades, maintain strong site standards, and contribute positively to the wider construction team.

The Role

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day management of construction activities across medium density residential projects. Working closely with the Construction Manager and internal delivery team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard of workmanship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supervising all on-site trades, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing construction programs and ensuring projects remain on schedule
• Monitoring build quality and conducting regular quality assurance inspections
• Maintaining site safety standards and ensuring compliance with OH&S requirements
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Managing site deliveries, materials, and workflow sequencing
• Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively to minimise delays
• Liaising with project managers, contract administrators, and clients where required
• Conducting site meetings and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
• Driving productivity while maintaining a strong focus on quality and presentation
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with building regulations and company standards

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor within medium density or large scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain program timeframes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach on site
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced construction environment
• Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements and site compliance
