Join a high-performing commercial property team supporting major transactions across investment sales and development sites. The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone analytical, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in property markets. You’ll support the broader team across research, reporting, submissions, inspections, client service, and business development initiatives.

You’ll be involved in preparing market insights, analysing sales and leasing data, assisting with property campaigns, preparing presentations and submissions, and supporting client interactions throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse property sales and leasing data
• Prepare reports, presentations, submissions, and marketing materials
• Assist with buyer enquiries and property inspections
• Support client service and communication across campaigns
• Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities
• Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and post-sale activities
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across active transactions

About You

• Degree qualified in Property, Commerce, Business or similar
• Strong analytical and research capability
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Genuine interest in property and investment markets
