Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in shopfitting, joinery, or retail fit-outs to oversee projects across Australia. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on-site, can confidently manage trades and subcontractors, and is comfortable travelling interstate to deliver high-quality retail environments.

What you’ll be doing
• Supervising retail fit-out and shopfitting projects on-site from commencement through to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and day-to-day site activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Managing site operations and resolving on-site issues efficiently
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, landlords, and stakeholders
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high-quality standards throughout projects
• Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensuring OH&S compliance
• Managing site reporting, scheduling updates, and progress tracking
• Travelling interstate as required to oversee national retail projects
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within shopfitting, joinery, or retail fit-outs (essential)
• Strong understanding of retail fit-out processes and on-site project delivery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on-site
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Willingness and flexibility to travel interstate regularly
• Trade background in cabinet making, joinery, carpentry, or similar (highly regarded)
• White Card and valid driver’s licence required
