Product Developer to support the journey from creative concept through to production and delivery.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced product environment and enjoys the balance between creativity, commercial thinking and production execution. You’ll work closely with Creative, Licensing, Sales and offshore manufacturing partners to ensure products are commercially viable, production-ready and delivered to the highest standard.

What will you do?
- Manage products from concept through to production handover
- Work closely with Creative teams to ensure concepts are commercially viable and factory-ready
- Translate creative direction into clear product specifications for manufacturers
- Coordinate sample development, approvals and production timelines
- Liaise with offshore factories and suppliers throughout the production process
- Review product quality, finishes, materials and construction details
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Licensing, Logistics and Production teams
- Maintain trackers, project boards and reporting tools to ensure visibility across projects
What do you need?
- Experience within product development, production coordination or consumer products
- Background in licensed products, entertainment marketing, promotional merchandise, FMCG or similar industries
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes, ideally within plastic injection moulding
- Experience working with offshore suppliers and factories
- Ability to manage timelines, approvals and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to collaborate cross-functionally
- High attention to detail across product quality, finishes and specifications
- Mandarin language skills or experience working with overseas manufacturers will be highly regarded
