This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of reporting, analysis, and key accounting processes while supporting leadership with meaningful financial insights.

What you’ll do:
Lead month end close, process journals and reconciliations
Prepare accurate monthly management reporting packs
Deliver budgeting and forecasting cycles
Prepare and analyze cashflow reporting, highlighting risk and opportunities
Identify and implement process improvements across reporting, systems and controls
Partner with operations teams to provide financial insight and support decision making
What we’re looking for:
CA or CPA qualified
Solid experience in financial accounting and/or management accounting
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercial mindset with ability to translate numbers into insights
Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities
