Management Accountant

Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a well-established and growing business in Vermont who are looking for a part-time Management / Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of reporting, analysis, and key accounting processes while supporting leadership with meaningful financial insights.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead month end close, process journals and reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate monthly management reporting packs
  • Deliver budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Prepare and analyze cashflow reporting, highlighting risk and opportunities
  • Identify and implement process improvements across reporting, systems and controls
  • Partner with operations teams to provide financial insight and support decision making
What we’re looking for:
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Solid experience in financial accounting and/or management accounting
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial mindset with ability to translate numbers into insights
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities
