Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading property investment consultancy in search for an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive performance across their Property Education Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves coaching teams and knows how to drive strong conversion outcomes.

This role will see you leading a team of consultants responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and booking consultations for the wider advisory team. You’ll play a critical role in improving team capability, maximising ROI and creating a high-performance culture.

What do you do?

  • Lead, mentor and performance manage the Telesales Team to achieve sales goals.
  • Drive team KPIs across bookings, conversions and productivity.
  • Analyse reporting, call quality and sales performance data.
  • Coach staff to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new starters.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality.
  • Maintain a strong team culture across in-office and remote staff.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years experience in Telesales leadership.
  • Previous experience within a similar industry environment is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and team output.
  • Strong coaching and performance management capability.
  • Ability to foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Experience working within KPI-driven environments.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
