Woods & Co has partnered up with one of Melbourne’s top industrial builders who completes projects up to $20M.
Due to their growth in tenders, they require an experienced Senior Estimator to permanently join the team.
What do you do?
Conduct reviews of new tenders + complete tender assessment forms for multiple new jobs.
Report to the Estimating Manager.
Set up the sub-contractor comparison form, trade/supplier packages, send packages, arrange site visits and obtain quotes.
Experience liaising, obtaining and negotiating pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
Produce and finalize accurate estimates (i.e. bill of quantities) ready for review with Internal.
What do you need?
Conduct and present yourself and your workplace in a professional manner at all times.
Experience in analysing tender documentation and plans
Experience in liaising, obtaining, and negotiating pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
A positive attitude
