We’re looking to speak with customer-focused support professionals with experience across helpdesk, service desk or technical support who enjoy problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries and support requests
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and triage technical issues
- Log, manage and update incidents through ticketing/case systems
- Coordinate with technicians and third-party providers to resolve issues
- Escalate complex incidents and follow cases through to completion
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while keeping customers updated throughout the process
What we’re looking for:
- Around 1–3 years experience within helpdesk, service desk, IT support or technical customer support environments
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers over the phone
- Experience working with ticketing, case management or monitoring systems
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Comfortable working within a rostered environment and collaborating across multiple teams
