We are seeking a Pre-Delivery Coordinator to manage vehicle handovers and ensure clear, consistent communication between customers, dealerships, workshops, and leasing partners.
This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is naturally organised, and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, staying on top of the details, and ensuring every step of the pre-delivery process is handled efficiently and accurately.

What do you do?
- Coordinate and confirm vehicle bookings, follow-ups, and new orders.
- Manage inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare invoices, warranty documentation, and maintain accurate internal records.
- Coordinate stock movements and liaise with dealerships, workshops, and leasing companies.
- Support team members and contribute to meetings as required.
What do you need?
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or call-centre roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
- Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
