With a strong reputation for quality, service, and attention to detail, the business works closely with clients to create functional and visually engaging workspaces.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support Specialist to join the team. This role will see you supporting the Director and wider business across sales support, quotations, project coordination, supplier liaison, and client communication.

What do you do?
- Manage existing client accounts and provide day to day sales support
- Prepare quotations, supplier orders, and project documentation
- Produce and update drawings using SketchUp
- Interpret floor plans and FF&E schedules
- Assist clients with product selections and design consultation
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams throughout projects
- Support project delivery and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide general administrative and project support as required
What do you need?
- Experience using SketchUp preferred
- Experience in sales support, administration, or project coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Experience within commercial interiors or fit outs highly regarded
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Strong attention to detail and client focused approach
