Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading adhesive compound business seeking a driven and commercially minded Brand Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen market presence across New South Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys building strong client partnerships, identifying new opportunities and representing a respected brand within the market. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth while acting as the face of the business across a broad range of industries and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Represent the brand professionally across all sales channels and customer interactions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Confident managing multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, industrial or trade-related industries is advantageous
