This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety in their day. Your responsibilities will span accounts, inventory management, customer service and general office administration.

What do you do?
- Manage accounts payable and receivable through MYOB.
- Process invoices, reconciliations and support bookkeeping functions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across equipment, consumables and spare parts.
- Conduct stocktake and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Process customer orders and track deliveries.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Support day-to-day office administration and business operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What do you need?
- Proven experience using MYOB across accounts, administration or inventory functions.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable and bookkeeping processes.
- Experience in stock control, inventory management or a similar environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
