Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Commercial Leasing Consultant with a reputable commercial real estate agency in Richmond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional eager to transition from residential leasing or sales into the dynamic world of commercial property. We are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about property and eager to learn, whether you have experience in real estate or are coming from a residential background seeking a new challenge.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial leasing opportunities across office, retail, hospitality, and medical sectors
• Conduct property inspections, drive enquiry, and convert leads into deals
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and secure tenancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities through business development activities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in real estate preferred, either residential or commercial, but not essential
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• A driven, professional attitude and passion for commercial property
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
