This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on a well-established venue and shape the brand’s next chapter. Working alongside a hospitality-driven leadership team, you'll have the creative freedom to influence menu direction, champion seasonal produce and elevate every aspect of the culinary experience. From driving innovation in the kitchen to mentoring and inspiring your team, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the venue's future and delivering unforgettable experiences for guests.

What do you do?
- Lead all BOH kitchen operations and service standards.
- Develop seasonal menus that align with the venue's concept.
- Manage food cost, labour cost and kitchen budgets.
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S requirements.
- Maintain exceptional consistency, quality and presentation.
- Manage supplier relationships and stock control.
- Foster a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.
What do you need?
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
- Strong experience with Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing kitchen teams.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing food and labour costs.
- Passion for quality produce, seasonality and delivering exceptional food.
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety, compliance and kitchen best practices.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
