This thriving business helps organisations of all sizes bring their brands to life through high-quality custom products, from corporate uniforms and event merchandise to promotional giveaways and client gifts.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join their dynamic team, overseeing key client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including referrals
• Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and product recommendations based on client needs
• Coordinate with internal production and support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
• Maintain detailed records and sales activity within the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand client spend across various product categories
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support the ongoing growth of the company

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2-3 years of phone and face-to-face sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and create urgency in a sales process
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with decoration methods (pad printing, screen printing, engraving), supplier relationships, and product/timing expectations
• Industry experience in promotional products, corporate merchandise, or related fields is advantageous
