Woods & Co Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established MSP to appoint an experienced Systems & Project Infrastructure Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly technical environment delivering modern infrastructure, cloud and networking solutions across a diverse client base.

Our client specialises in supporting and improving IT environments with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions and secure infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add another engineer to their team who enjoys working across varied technologies and client environments. We are particularly interested in speaking with engineers who thrive within an MSP environment and enjoy solving complex technical challenges while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects end-to-end
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Perform server deployments, upgrades and migrations
• Configure and support firewalls, VPNs and networking infrastructure
• Implement backup, disaster recovery and security solutions
• Support broader systems infrastructure
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Maintain accurate technical documentation

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3+ years experience working within an MSP
• 5+ years overall infrastructure or systems engineering experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Virtualisation experience across VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Networking experience including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing and switching
• Strong exposure to broader systems infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
