With a strong pipeline of secured work and projects valued up to $10 million, the business is continuing to grow and is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitoring construction programs and maintaining project schedules
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
- Managing site documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, clients, and stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving construction and site-related issues
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Driving a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within commercial construction
- Demonstrated experience delivering new-build commercial projects valued up to $10 million
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project sequencing
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements and site compliance
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Trade qualification or construction-related background preferred
- Professional, motivated, and team-focused attitude
