What do you do?

  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective students.
  • Engage with enquiries and action inbound leads.
  • Provide tailored course advice and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
  • Close sales on warm leads and enrol students into online courses.
  • Adhere to internal quality standards.
  • Manage the CRM systems efficiently.
  • Engage in high-volume daily calls whilst bringing energy, focus and a consultative approach to every conversation.

What do you need?

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (F2F, inbound or outbound).
  • High energy, vibrant personality and the hunger to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls confidently.
  • Education sales experience is a bonus!
