Due to continued growth, we're excited to be recruiting an experienced IT Manager who will play an instrumental role in supporting a portfolio of clients across multiple sites. Working predominantly onsite with clients, you'll become a trusted technology advisor, developing strong relationships while ensuring their IT environments remain secure, efficient and aligned with their business objectives.

What you'll do:
Manage a portfolio of business clients, acting as their primary technical advisor.
Develop strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact for your clients.
Conduct proactive technology reviews to identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
Recommend solutions that improve security, reliability, productivity and business outcomes.
Work closely with Client Success Managers and CIOs to support strategic technology roadmaps.
Maintain accurate technical documentation across client environments.
Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing Premier technology standards.
Perform proactive alignment reviews and implement best practice recommendations.
Escalate complex technical issues where required while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Identify recurring issues and implement long-term improvements to reduce support requests.
Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance and project work.
What we're looking for:
Some experience working within a MSP or consulting environment
Previous onsite client support experience.
Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualisation experience.
Solid networking knowledge including VLANs, firewalls and wireless technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Excellent time management and documentation skills.
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Highly regarded:
Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900).
ITIL or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience with IT Glue, ConnectWise and N-Central.
Project delivery experience within an MSP environment.
