Office Administration Coordinator

Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading landscape design and construction company in search for an Office Administration Coordinator.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role where you’ll become the administrative hub of the business to help deliver a standout client experience while keeping office systems, communication and administration running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage reception and client enquiries as a key first point of contact
  • Support CRM administration and provide sales support
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings and appointments
  • Prepare, manage and proof-check documents
  • Provide office administration and general business support
  • Assist with marketing coordination and content assistance
  • Help drive process improvement and general administrative support

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, organised, detail-oriented and professional approach
  • Pride in delivering outstanding service
  • Confidence in communication and comfort working in a team-focused environment
  • A can-do attitude with initiative and personal drive
  • Highly regarded experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations or payroll support
  • Experience using Xero, MYOB, or similar software
